Audit log¶
A tamper-evident record of every sensitive change.
Who, when, before, after. Append-only by design — entries cannot be edited or deleted from the UI. Soft-deleted records remain queryable here forever.
An audit log is what separates "we think this happened" from "here is exactly what happened, who did it, and what changed". Required for accreditation, insurance, parent disputes, internal investigations.

- Filterable by user, date range, entity type.
- Append-only by design — entries cannot be edited or deleted from the UI.
- Retained for seven years by default, matching common Indian compliance norms.
- Soft-deleted records remain queryable via the audit log even after they disappear from regular views.
