From kick-off to soft launch — five weeks.

We do this with you, not at you. Bring your student list, your staff list, your last exam structure, and your existing report-card format — we'll handle the rest.

Whatever you can think of — we can build it. Custom report cards, custom certificates, custom workflows, your existing forms digitised, integrations with your accounting / biometric / ID system. Tell us on WhatsApp before kick-off and we'll wire it into your onboarding.

Week 1

Kick-off & scoping

One call. We confirm region, domain, branding, admin contacts, scope of customisation. You receive a draft data-import template (students, staff, classes, subjects, exams, codes).

Week 2

Provisioning

Your dedicated server is provisioned in your chosen region. Your domain points to your tenant. TLS certificate live. Super Admin account created. We sit with you on Zoom to walk the platform end-to-end.

Week 3

Data + branding

Bulk import of students + staff + academic year + classes. Branding applied. Custom fields, custom dashboards, custom report-card format wired up. Light training with Principal + admin team.

Week 4

Soft launch to teachers

Teachers log in, mark attendance, post first announcements, enter sample marks. We're on call — anything that surprises them, we adjust before parents see it.

Week 5+

Parents & students live

Soft launch to parents and students. Full handover, plus a 30-day "we're shadowing you" period — every issue gets a same-day response.

What we need from you

Two contacts

One Super Admin (decision-maker — usually the principal or owner) and one operations contact (handles the data entry, knows your existing forms).

Your data, any format

Student + staff list, classes/sections, last year's exam structure — CSV, Excel, Google Sheet, even a PDF of your existing register. We map it.

Domain + branding

A subdomain like eduflick.yourschool.in, your school logo (SVG or high-res PNG), and your brand palette.

Your forms & certificates

Sample of your admission form, TC, bonafide certificate, report card — we mould Edu Flick to match what your parents already recognise.
